Joshua was born and raised in Toronto. Growing up he trained in several competitive athletics up to the college level. Josh has worked with many athletes of all ages and has helped many clients across the GTA with health related goals. Some noted clients have become professional soccer players, high level track athletes and Olympic Weightlifters. Josh has also worked with massive weight loss clientele. One active client has lost more than 135 pounds and is still going strong.
Joshua’s core health science education was completed at George Brown College. He has also done continuing education with Centennial College, the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, the Ontario Fitness Council and the National Coaching Certification Program among others.
Josh also teaches with Centennial College’s School of Health Studies. When he is not spending all of his time on campus he enjoys an afternoon of popcorn and movies with his wife and kids or practicing his Olympic lifts in the gym.

Jordan Tam is a graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Centennial College and has also gone on to complete his Bachelor of Science at the University of the West of England in 2018.
Growing up he played various sports from competitive basketball, soccer, volleyball, and tennis. He was a former varsity goalkeeper for the Centennial Colts. During his second year on the varsity team, he decided to move on from the sport. Which ultimately led him to pursue his education in the UK to further his knowledge in strength & conditioning and injury prevention & management to help athletes reach their full potential.
Since 2017, Jordan has been training in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. During his studies in the UK, he represented the University of the West of Englandat the British University and College Championship Nationals, where he placed 7th overall. Since completing his studies, he is currently training to qualify for the Canadian Nationals in 2019. His new journey in Olympic Weightlifting has allowed him to apply his experiences to help the Centennial Weightlifting community.
Jordan enjoys cooking and spending time with his dog Ella when not at the gym.

Ron Simeon is a personal trainer based in the Toronto area who has been practicing in the industry since 2015.
Ron’s clientele ranges from ages 15 – 92 years old, people with disabilities/injuries, massive weight-loss, strength training, and functional training.
Ron’s educational background came from the Fitness and Health Promotion Program at Centennial College. On top of his education, he has completed certifications from Darby Training Systems, Canadian Fitness Professionals, and Kettlebells.
In his spare time, Ron trains competitively in weightlifting in the AWC, trying new foods, and binge-watching TV series.

Marilou Gannapao is a graduate of Physical Therapy and a certified Personal Trainer for 10 years. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and Group Exercise Leader. Marilou has worked with many clients with medical histories like diabetes, obesity and bone deformities/joint pain like back pain, knee pain and scoliosis.
Marilou’s fitness specialties are rehabilitation and prevention, general fitness, weight management, fat-loss training, functional training, toning/body shaping, strength training, and flexibility exercises. She has completed certifications from CYQ including Delivering Personal Training Level 3, Programming Level 3, Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise Level 3 and Applying Nutrition Principles Level 3 in Dubai, UAE. Marilou’s goal is to help her clients feel better, fitter and gain self- confidence.
Marilou enjoys playing, shopping and meditation with her daughter during her free time.
