Joshua was born and raised in Toronto. Growing up he trained in several competitive athletics up to the college level. Josh has worked with many athletes of all ages and has helped many clients across the GTA with health related goals. Some noted clients have become professional soccer players, high level track athletes and Olympic Weightlifters. Josh has also worked with massive weight loss clientele. One active client has lost more than 135 pounds and is still going strong.
Joshua’s core health science education was completed at George Brown College. He has also done continuing education with Centennial College, the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, the Ontario Fitness Council and the National Coaching Certification Program among others.
Josh also teaches with Centennial College’s School of Health Studies. When he is not spending all of his time on campus he enjoys an afternoon of popcorn and movies with his wife and kids or practicing his Olympic lifts in the gym.

Justin Mistry is a graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Centennial College and has also gone on to complete his Bachelor’s of Science at the University of the West of England. Justin has fond memories of growing up outdoors and playing multiple sports. Through high school Justin played hockey and also played for the Centennial Colts.
While at Centennial College, Justin studied in great detail about the human body, functional movement and nutrition. Throughout the BSc. program in England he learned a variety of Olympic lifting techniques and the importance of injury prevention and management.
Justin sees each and every one of his clients as an opportunity to build essential movement skills and athleticism that they can take with them beyond the gym. Justin enjoys building client’s strength, developing strong and healthy posture, and creating whole-body power.
Justin’s certifications include being a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner through the Ontario Fitness Council (OFC-RHEP Gold) and a Sport Performance Coach (Level 1) through Twist Sport Conditioning.
