High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a class based on interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
When: Mondays 4:30-5:30 p.m., Wednesdays & Fridays 12-1 p.m.

Olympic Weightlifting is a class where you will learn the basics of weightlifting starting with a solid squat and deadlift, and progressing to the power snatch and power clean moves.
When: Mondays, 12:30-2:30 p.m., Thursdays 5-7 p.m., & Sundays 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

  • Minimum participation is required for classes to continue
