High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a class based on interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
When: Mondays and Wednesdays at 12 p.m.
Olympic Weightlifting is a class where you will learn the basics of weightlifting starting with a solid squat and deadlift, and progressing to the power snatch and power clean moves.
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays 5 p.m.
Cardio Kickbox is a high energy, aerobic-based group fitness class that involves kickboxing movements to challenge the cardiovascular system. The class will also involve a skills portion.
When: Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m.
